BPM Contracting Services Ltd

BPM Contracting Services Ltd is a building maintenance business dedicated to providing the highest quality of services. The Bath-based SME provides property maintenance services to housing associations, local government, healthcare providers and domestic clientele.

The organisation currently employs 15 apprentices, from Level 2 Property Maintenance to Level 6 Digital Degree, and hosts industry placements for two Business Administration T Level students. The company invested in technical education opportunities as a way of developing a talent pipeline to support their business growth. This has resulted in them being able to deliver their contracts with a larger team and they now have plans to take on another six apprentices and a third T Level student.

BPM run in-house training and link closely with local colleges to offer training schemes such as apprenticeships. In fact, over 30% of employees at the company are on an apprenticeship. The business also hosted their first Business Studies T Level student as a way of supporting a young person at the start of their work journey.
