Building Sustainable T Level Placement Programmes – What are the issues for large employers and how can they be tackled?
Young people who take part in industry placements during their T Level are given a brilliant start to their working lives. Employers who provide placements benefit in return by attracting bright, interested young people into their organisation – many stay on to become the workforce of the future. Large employers play an especially important part because they can provide placement opportunities for students in multiple roles, in diverse working environments, and in many different areas of the country.
So what are the issues facing large employers when they host students on placements and start to scale up the number of placement opportunities they provide? And what solutions can be shared from their experiences about building a sustainable placement programme?
In this webinar, you’ll discover more about how large employers:
- Build sustainable programmes delivering high-quality industry placements across the organisation
- Work with multiple providers including colleges and schools in different areas of the country
- Integrate T Levels into their early careers plans alongside work experience, apprenticeships and graduate schemes
- Create progression routes for T Level students into jobs and apprenticeships, including degree apprenticeships
- Support students as they progress through these pathways and realise their aspirations.
Who is the webinar for?
Designed for HR Managers, Learning and Development Managers, Early Careers Managers, Apprenticeship Managers, Graduate Recruiters and others involved in planning and executing programmes for young people entering employment.
