Marketing T Level

Starting September 2025

This course is suitable for anyone wanting a career in marketing.

Students will develop an understanding of a broad range of issues relevant to the sector, including:

The business environment, including different types of organisations and their impact on society.

    • Key marketing concepts and strategies.
    • The role of procurement and its significance in organisations.
    • Customer service and its importance to business success.
    • The influence of technology, including big data and digital tools, on marketing activities.
    • Ethical considerations in marketing. 

 

They will also complete a marketing assistant occupational specialism. As part of this they will:

    1. Apply research methods to acquire and analyse information to support marketing activities.
    2. Assess customers’ and stakeholders’ needs to inform marketing activities.
    3. Develop and define propositions for marketing activities.
    4. Deliver effective marketing communications.
    5. Analyse and evaluate marketing delivery effectiveness.
