A T Level industry placement is an extended period of structured time that a student spends in the workplace, developing technical and soft skills relevant to the sector. They can vary in length but must last for a minimum of 45 days, allowing students to make a meaningful contribution to your organisation.

In this webinar, you’ll discover how T Level industry placements can be used to support the short and long-term development of your workforce.

During the session we’ll take you through:

  • How T Level industry placements can bring in the talent you need to support your short- and long-term workforce plans
  • How T Levels connect into other workforce initiatives and training you may have in your organisation
  • The kind of projects/tasks T Levels students can do and the workplace roles they can progress to after their course
  • Practical insights on how to plan and host placements
  • Case study input from an employer who is hosting placements to support their workforce development
  • The government support, tools and resources available to help you
