A T Level industry placement is an extended period of structured time that a student spends in the workplace, developing technical and soft skills relevant to the sector. They can vary in length but must last for a minimum of 45 days, allowing students to make a meaningful contribution to your organisation.

In this webinar, you’ll discover the latest government-approved models you can use to host all, or part, of a placement, and how you can work with T Level providers and other employers to find an approach that works best for your organisation.

During the session we’ll take you through:

  • The benefits of hosting industry placements for your organisation and for students
  • The models you can use to host placements – including remote, taster sessions and split placements
  • Practical examples of how employers are drawing on different models
  • Case study input from an employer who has hosted placements
  • How to work with T Level providers and other employers to agree a placement model
  • The government support, tools and resources available to help you
